I have been working in the Real Estate industry since 2003. Before working in the state of New Jersey, I served in P.R as Real Estate Broker and advisor to numerous real estate companies and developers such as Urnaba Holdings and Cacciamany & Rober Developments. I was specialized in sales and marketing of boutique hotels, commercial properties and high-end residential homes. In addition, I staged residences, hosted open houses, and provided oversight and managment for the sale of properties. As a real agent in New Jersey, I have been involved in procuring lucrative investments for cash investors, assisting both first time and seasoned buyers locate residential properties. Provided marketing and financial solutions with perfoming and non-performing loans.
